ORDERING INFORMATION
The easiest way to order is to call us (719) 685-4479. You can use PayPal. Use our e-mail pinnacle5@pinnacle5minerals.com. If you want to use credit cards directly with us, we recommend sending two e-mails with split information containing your credit card numbers. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards. We need card type, full name, expiration date on card, and your phone number. Personal checks are also welcome.
Before ordering, inquire first via e-mail or telephone as to the availability of specimens. When ordering, use the order number (especially for specimens) and a brief description on your e-mail. Example. XAM-0913 Amazonite.
PLEASE ADD PROPER AMOUNT FOR INSURANCE. We do our best to carefully pack specimens, but in addition to possible damage, the package can be lost. Insurance is up to you. Figure about $ 10.00 per $ 100.00 value. Over $ 1,000 it drops a bit.
I generally will ship US postal service. Most single specimens will be about $6 shipping and handling. Make it about $10 for priority.
For Colorado State residents, I will collect appropriate State taxes, presently 2.9%. If you are a wholeseller, please notify me and provide tax information.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
IF YOU DECIDE YOU DON'T WANT THE SPECIMEN WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT, RETURN IT WITHIN 5 DAYS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. I WILL RETAIN THE COST OF POSTAGE AND OR INSURANCE I INCURRED AS A RESTOCKING FEE.
MINERAL SPECIMENS TRADE-UP POLICY
For all specimens being mined from our claims with a purchase price of $ 250 or more, we will allow you to trade up. (The specimen must not have been subsequently damaged after your purchase.) Simply return the specimen along with documentation of original price and we will allow that amount towards the purchase of a more valuable specimen we have mined. Again, this policy applies only to those specimens we produce.
